4.) PM the Player Applicant 5 Questions to DM SteeleAxe in Roll20

Player Applicant 5 Questions:
1. A brief summary of your 5e and ttrpg experience.
2. What you're looking for in a reoccurring campaign, DM, and fellow players.
3. If you're willing be on time for every scheduled game. (Mondays 11:30am - 3:30pm Pacific Time)
4. Your best and worst attributes a DM should be aware of.
5. Why you want to join this campaign.

5.) Qualified Applicants will receive a response with possible video Group Interview times to attend. You must be able to make one of these times, no exceptions will be made. Please have your answers to the Interview 10 Questions (see below) prepared before interview to expedite process.

Interview 10 Questions:
1. Rate the following in order of importance to make the ideal game experience for yourself
(Challenging, Consistent, Fun, Serious, Flexible, Strict on rules, Collaboration, Staying in character, Main story line, and Side quests)
2. What percentage of your ideal story progression would be "on rails" or "open sand box"?
3. What percentage of your ideal game would be combat vs role-playing?
4. Do you prefer straightforward or complicated combat encounters?
5. You have discovered a rule discrepancy while in the middle of a session. It is a big enough one where you want to say something, how do you handle it?
6. "Good" and "Evil" can be said to be about perspective or based on morality. If your party is the "good" guys, does good have to triumph over evil to have a satisfying campaign conclusion?
7. If a player has missed a couple games without warning or valid excuse, what actions should a DM/ other players take?
8. You have a backstory tie-in given to you by the DM. While playing, an opportunity come up to be able to role-play this situation. From a 1 to 10, how likely are you to stop your current questing to pursue the story development of your character? (1 is not at all, 10 is every time)
9. An opportunity presents itself for your character to fulfill a self interest but it would come at a price for the party. From a 1 to a 10, how much would your character have to gain to make this decision? (1 is that'd you sabotage for anything, 10 is that you'd never do that to your team)
10. One of our rules is sharing the spotlight. If you were subtly informed by another player that they felt you are hogging the attention or making too many decisions without consulting the group, how would you respond?

6.) After a series of Group Interviews, Applicants will progress further down the interview process until the reach the "CALLBACKS". This will be the final interview that every qualified and selected applicant wants to make it to. It will be a long call where you will all be interviewing each other for the 4 positions available. You will submit revaluation forms about each other to me and reveal the 3 other Players out of the final group that you'd like to play with using the Callback Checklist Format.

Currently open for new Quest Stars to appear on our Dungeons & Dragons Talk Show, Red Dragon Inn. If you are knowledgeable about D&D and enjoy engaging in conversation about it, apply to appear on the show.

DEVELOPER INTERN APPLICATION
Currently open for new world Developers who want to participate in building the next series of the HotA franchise. Help create lore, maps, monsters etc. by joining one of the Development Teams!
